However, this woman didn\u2019t expect staff at the Fort Lauderdale Airport to dispute her passport or ID photos.<\/p>\n The video begins with Kate Cassidy (@kateecass) tearfully saying that she got \u201cridiculed\u201d at the airport.<\/p>\n She then explains what happened. In the security line, she gave the man her passport. She then had a photo taken. If the photo doesn\u2019t match the passport, you get a red light. If it does, you get a green light. She got a red light.<\/p>\n She then showed viewers the passport photo and added via on-screen text: \u201cOther than the hair it\u2019s not that crazy different.\u201d The image shows the TikToker, who is now brunette, with long blonde hair.<\/p>\n \u2018I Don\u2019t Know What To Do\u2019<\/p>\n In turn, the staff member then calls for another employee. As Cassidy describes, this employee \u201cliterally looks at my passport, she looks at me, she\u2019s literally doing a double take like, up and down, up and down, and this woman keeps literally going on and on and on about how, \u201cThis isn\u2019t you. You\u2019re giving me somebody else\u2019s passport.\u2019 She\u2019s goes, \u2018New nose, new lips, something to your eyes, new hair?’\u201d<\/p>\n Cassidy continues: \u201cI pull out my ID. She looks at my ID, she looks at my passport. She looks at me, she goes, \u2018One, two, three. Those are three different people.\u2019 I\u2019m literally so f\u2014\u2014- embarrassed. She then goes and calls three different men over. One guy was like, \u2018Do you not have a work ID?’\u201d<\/p>\n At the time, the baffled TikToker responded that she could pull up her Instagram and said, \u201cI don\u2019t know what to do.\u201d<\/p>\n Cassidy, who has 917,000 followers on Instagram, was notably in a relationship with Liam Payne before his untimely death in 2024.<\/p>\n \u201cKeep in mind, like everybody in the line behind me is listening to this,\u201d she adds. \u201cI understand they\u2019re doing their job. At the same time, I think there\u2019s way better ways to handle things and word things.\u201d<\/p>\n BroBible reached out to Cassidy and the airport via email.<\/p>\n This isn\u2019t the first time this particular airport has amassed online attention. Recently, the Fort Lauderdale airport went viral<\/a> after a TikToker shared how she drank a drink given by a stranger at the airport. And while she wasn\u2019t affected, things could\u2019ve turned out a lot differently.<\/p>\n What Did Commenters Say?<\/p>\n Unfortunately, a lot of commenters agreed that the photo was a drastic difference.<\/p>\n \u201cGirl those are two different people be so for real,\u201d one wrote.<\/p>\n \u201cYeah well that\u2019s pretty much a HUGE difference I understand,\u201d a second added.<\/p>\n A third wrote: \u201cThe woman is correct. She\u2019s just doing her job. The photo doesn\u2019t match.\u201d<\/p>\n However, other commenters sided with Cassidy.<\/p>\n \u201cPeople who are saying \u2018Yeah the photo looks different\u2019 are totally missing the mark here,\u201d a fourth pointed out.<\/p>\n Creator Alyssa McKay also chimed in, adding, \u201cNo, you\u2019re so right to be upset.
