The crash happened at around 9:27 p.m. along Florida Highway 77 near the intersection with Carter Circle, around 20 miles south of Chipley.<\/p>\n
According to information released by Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), a car out of the Panama City area was travelling south when it entered the inside northbound lane on FL-77, where it would collide with a truck driven by the individual from Dothan.<\/p>\n
All three people in the Panama City car, along with the Dothan resident who was the lone occupant of the other vehicle, were pronounced dead on the scene.<\/p>\n

Northbound lanes along Highway 77 were shut down as crews worked to assess and clean up the crash site. The roadway was reopened fully shortly after midnight.<\/p>\n
