(WCTV) &#8211; Florida State Parks is hosting its 74th annual Florida Folk Festival throughout the weekend in White Springs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The event celebrates traditions, stories and heritage of Florida and America. People from across Florida came to White Springs for the cultural tradition. Festival goers saw performances from different musical acts, as well as taking part in workshops that gave them hands-on experience. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The festival also offers history interpreters portraying notable figures from Florida\u2019s past. People at the event said the festival helps bring the community together.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Lev Shepsuma\u2019at attended the festival with family for the first time on Saturday. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cThis is my first time coming to the Florida Folk Festival. It\u2019s an amazing time, lots of great, craft, skills, expertise, so many things to learn, and enjoy, and experience.
