The Cheathams would like Benjamin\u2019s to grow as a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.yourcommunitypaper.com\/articles\/community-building-happens-in-third-places\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">third place<\/a>\u201d\u2014 a place where people can come together, hang out and interact.\n<\/p>\n<p>Tyler, originally from New York, is a recent business graduate from UCF who has two French bulldogs, Paris and Blu.\u00a0He was drawn to the Thornton Park Neighborhood because of its community and plans to be involved in community events.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>Tyler\u2019s brother Kyle Cheatham is helping cook. They intend to expand the menu with organic produce, more homemade items and charcuterie boards.
