TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Suspected Florida State University campus shooter Phoenix Ikner is expected to appear in court Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing.<\/p>\n
The hearing scheduled to take place at 1:30 p.m. will be the first hearing since security and bodycam footage<\/a> were released from the day of the deadly April 2025 shooting<\/a>. <\/p>\n It\u2019s also the first hearing since Ikner\u2019s ChatGPT logs<\/a> were released, resulting in several lawsuits<\/a>.<\/p>\n Multiple killed, injured after shooting at Florida State University:<\/p>\n At this time, it is unknown what will be discussed during the hearing. <\/p>\n However, his expected appearance Tuesday comes after his defense attorney waived his appearances<\/a> in court hearings, court records show.<\/p>\n Ikner is accused of opening fire on FSU\u2019s campus<\/a> inside and outside the Student Union last year in April, killing two men and leaving several other people injured.
