(WCTV) &#8211; A Tallahassee business owner will spend 30 years in prison for numerous child sex crimes, according to the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Perry Walker, 44, was sentenced on six counts of sexual exploitation of children, one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of transfer of obscene material to minors. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Perry Walker was arrested on child porn charges, according to LCSO.\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/JQSMBZB6KBHT7OFT6Y4VVHIWXA.png\" width=\"980\" height=\"551\" \/>Perry Walker was arrested on child porn charges, according to LCSO.(LCSO)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Walker, who owns Modern Communications, Inc, according to the Leon County Sheriff\u2019s Office, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2025\/10\/10\/lcso-tallahassee-business-owner-arrested-child-porn-charges\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2025\/10\/10\/lcso-tallahassee-business-owner-arrested-child-porn-charges\/\">was arrested in October<\/a> following a search warrant of his business as part of an investigation into the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\">He<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/02\/26\/tallahassee-business-owner-pleads-guilty-8-counts-sex-crimes-against-children\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/02\/26\/tallahassee-business-owner-pleads-guilty-8-counts-sex-crimes-against-children\/\"> pleaded guilty<\/a> in federal court in February. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\">Court documents show that between December 2024 and October 2025, Walker used social media to meet and talk to children between the ages of 13-15. He enticed the minors, some of whom lived in Europe, to send him photos and videos. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-center\">More on crime in our area: <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\">As part of that October search, investigators found evidence on Walker\u2019s devices that he had been sexually exploiting children using social media, according to court records. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\">After serving his prison term, Walker will have to register as a sexual offender and spend the rest of his life on supervised release.
