The project is being developed by Coral Gables-based MG Developer as part of its broader Metro Center master plan, which aims to transform the area with over 2.3 million square feet of residential and retail space.<\/p>\n<p>Metro Parc South follows the earlier phases of Metro Parc\u2014comprised of 559 units across two towers at 955 East 25th Street and 980 East 26th Street\u2014and Metro Parc North, a forthcoming 620-unit multifamily building planned just north of the current development. Collectively, the three projects will establish Metro Center as a key contributor to the ongoing revitalization of Hialeah\u2019s urban core.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-33791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/untitled-241-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Credit: MG Developer.<\/p>\n<p>Design for Metro Parc South is led by Miami-based Modis Architects, with construction being overseen by KAST Construction, headquartered in Coral Gables.
