Jacksonville-based NAI Hallmark announced May 26 that it appointed Marc Scaffe as chief operating officer of property management.<\/p>\n
Scaffe will lead the company\u2019s long-term strategic vision for property and facilities management.<\/p>\n
NAI Hallmark said Scaffe joins from CBRE, where he served for more than 15 years, most recently as senior managing director of property management. He oversaw property management operations for the Florida market including Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Palm Beach and Tampa.<\/p>\n
The news release said Scaffe\u2019s appointment \u201cmarks a pivotal moment for NAI Hallmark as the company looks to continue its growth in the Jacksonville MSA and expand its property management services to new geographic markets throughout the Southeast U.S.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHis proven ability to build high-performing teams, scale operations, and create long-term value for clients makes him the ideal person to lead NAI Hallmark\u2019s property management division as part of the company\u2019s overall growth strategy.\u201d<\/p>\n
The release said that before his most recent role, Scaffe held senior leadership positions with The Rouse Co., Lincoln Property Co., The Hogan Group, and Moor + South. He also was vice president of commercial lending for a Florida-based financial institution.<\/p>\n

He holds a degree in business administration, maintains a Florida real estate license, and is a long-standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.<\/p>\n
