The deal closed on May 21, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The two-tenant property is a 97,502 s\/f newly remodeled center featuring national anchors Five Below and At Home. It\u2019s shadow-anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.<\/p>\n<p>Solomon and Cashion said, \u201cWith national anchor tenants, dense demographics, ample parking, and more, this is a very desirable center.
