TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) \u2014 Luxury home prices rose the most in Tampa than anywhere else in the United States in the past three months, according to data released by Redfin on Tuesday.<\/a><\/p>\n Redfin said Tampa saw a 17.1% increase in median sale prices for luxury homes.<\/p>\n Tampa made the top three in the country for pending luxury home sales and closed luxury home sales.<\/p>\n Viral 2006 grocery receipt reveals 20-year price inflation <\/a><\/p>\n The data also showed that luxury homes in Tampa went under contract in 20 days, down 14 days from a year earlier.<\/p>\n According to Redfin, the average median sale price for a luxury home in Tampa is $1,670,163.<\/p>\n \u201cThe uptick in luxury home prices and demand in many parts of the country is likely incentivizing more high-end homeowners to put their houses up for sale.
