State inspectors last week found lots of fly issues at South Florida restaurants, with the critters seen buzzing around kitchens, bars, storage and restroom areas. (One Palm Beach County establishment had almost 100!)<\/p>\n
Other violations that temporarily closed seven eateries in Broward and Palm Beach counties included rodent and roach droppings, standing water and improper hand hygiene.<\/p>\n
The South Florida Sun Sentinel typically highlights restaurant inspections conducted by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
