AquaBlue Group secured a buyer for its waterfront Venetian Islands homes, asking $67 million.<\/p>\n

The pending deal leads the 26 luxury home contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between May 18 and May 24, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman\u2019s Eklund-Gomes team.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The report tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service. The properties spent an average of 147 days on the market.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Twenty-seven luxury listings were added to the market, for a total of 1,213 listings.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The previous week<\/a>, buyers signed 22 contracts for properties in Miami-Dade, asking a combined $238.3 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The asking dollar volume for the 17 single-family homes and nine condos under contract last week totals $333.5 million, according to the report published by the team led by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The single-family homes that entered into contract last week have an average asking price of $15.6 million and spent an average of 168 days on the market. They total $265.3 million in asking dollar volume.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At the top of the report are the two adjacent waterfront homes at 340 and 320 West Di Lido Drive in Miami Beach, on the market for $67 million<\/a>. Philippe Harari\u2019s AquaBlue<\/a> developed the houses, which total 21,000 square feet of indoor space and 120 feet of waterfront. Each house includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and one half-bathroom. They\u2019re expected to be completed this summer. They\u2019re on the market with One Sotheby\u2019s International Realty\u2019s Mirce Curkoski.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The condos that secured buyers last week have an average asking price of $7.6 million and spent 105 days on the market, on average. They total $68.1 million in asking dollar volume, or an average of $2,500 per square foot.\u00a0Last week in New York, buyers signed contracts for 29 homes, according to Olshan Realty<\/a>. Their combined asking price is $228 million, and the typical home spent 601 days on the market.<\/p>\n
