\n\tMiami Beach<\/a>\u2019s luxury real estate<\/a> market is evolving. Ultra-wealthy buyers are no longer satisfied with just an oceanview condo or a standard waterfront mansion\u2014they want massive, private compounds<\/a>\u00a0that function more like personal resorts. That\u2019s exactly what Sunset Estates delivers. The recently completed compound sits on one of the man-made islands within the guard-gated Sunset Islands enclave.<\/p>\n

\n\tRather than a single mansion with a modest guesthouse, the estate combines two expansive waterfront homes across roughly three-quarters of an acre, with 187 feet of water frontage.
