An opening date has not been announced, although the restaurant\u2019s website confirms the announcement, simply saying \u201ccoming soon\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Founded in Italy in the 1980s, Piola first started charming Miamians in the 1990s. Since then, the restaurant has become popular for its thin-crust pizzas, meatballs, salads, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Customers can choose between classic pizzas like a margherita, the Diavola with spicy salami, mozzarella, and tomato sauce,\u00a0 and more. Vegetatrians will delight in the Ortomisto, topped with zucchini, sweet peppers, spinach, sauteed broccoli, toasted heirloom tomatoes, and mozzarella.
