Video showed authorities blasting their way into the garage of a Fort Lauderdale home during a SWAT situation early Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n
The incident happened at a home off Northwest 27th Avenue near 17th Street.<\/p>\n
In the footage, authorities are heard announcing that they’re serving a search warrant.<\/p>\n
Later on, the video shows officers blasting open a garage door.<\/p>\n

Neighbors said the loud boom woke them up around 5 a.m.<\/p>\n
“Lights, loud boom, cops everywhere, SWATs surrounding the front, the back, walking through the yard,” said Sheri Jackson, who lives next door. “I have a disabled mother in there, scared everybody in the household.”<\/p>\n
Officers were seen going into and out of the home, but officials haven’t given any details on the incident.<\/p>\n
At least five people were seen being questioned by authorities but it’s unclear if any arrests were made.<\/p>\n
“My neighbors are good people, I don\u2019t know what took place to call to cause this, all of this, damage their entire home, broke up their garage and doors, just unfair,” Jackson said.<\/p>\n
No other information was immediately known.<\/p>\n
