Downtown Traffic Advisory: June 1 – 6<\/p>\n
Attention Downtown Tampa drivers:<\/p>\n
Starting Monday, June 1, rail service operator CSX will begin a week-long maintenance project on its tracks along E. Polk Street between N. Jefferson Street and N. Ashley Drive (excluding the N. Florida Avenue and Tampa Street intersection).<\/p>\n
The work will take place in 24-hour segments (typically 6 AM to 6 AM the next day), requiring temporary street closures around each work zone. CSX will complete each segment before moving to the next.<\/p>\n
Drivers should avoid all construction zones and follow posted signs and detours (see map below).<\/p>\n

N. Jefferson Street and E. Polk Street – 6\/1N. Pierce Street and E. Polk Street – 6\/2N. Morgan Street and E. Polk Street – 6\/3N. Marion Street, N. Franklin Street, and E. Polk Street – 6\/4N. Ashley Drive and E. Polk Street – 6\/5<\/p>\n
