AFTER BEING ACCUSED OF A DOUBLE MURDER OUTSIDE THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MAIN LIBRARY. POLICE ARE NOW WAITING ON AN AUTOPSY AND DNA RESULTS. WE NOW KNOW THE IDENTITY OF A WOMAN KILLED IN A CRASH INVOLVING AN OFF ROAD VEHICLE IN OKEECHOBEE. THE DRIVER, ACCUSED OF DRIVING DRUNK. FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL IDENTIFIED THE VICTIM AS 34 YEAR OLD SADIE DANIELA ALFANO SALINAS, A MOTHER OF THREE FROM PORT SAINT LUCIE. AS WE REPORTED, THE ALLEGED DRIVER, BLANCA RUIZ DOMINGUEZ, WAS ARRESTED. SHE\u2019S BEING HELD WITHOUT BOND. A NEW PLAN TO CUT PROPERTY TAXES HERE IN FLORIDA. THE PROPOSAL WOULD ELIMINATE OR SEVERELY CUT MOST HOMEOWNERS TAX BILLS. THE GOVERNOR WANTS LAWMAKERS TO MEET ON MONDAY TO CONSIDER THE PLAN, AND IF APPROVED, IT WOULD BE PLACED ON THE NOVEMBER BALLOT. AND OTHERWISE, WE HAVE IMPACT WEATHER AHEAD OF US.
