Built in 2018, the two-story residence, with five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half-bath, sits on an elevated 0.85-acre lot with 100 feet of Intracoastal waterfrontage.<\/p>\n<p>Upon entering the main level is a grand foyer with 20-foot ceilings that leads into an expansive formal living and dining area with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows.
