Floorplans will include studios and \u201cjunior one-bedroom,\u201d one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts; they will measure approximately 375 to 849 square feet; prices currently range from $570,000 to $2 million.<\/p>\n<p>Owners have the option of offering their units as short-term rentals, made possible by area-specific zoning laws. Each unit will come outfitted with furnishings from Crate &amp; Barrel, along with terraces. Most communal amenities would be located on the tower\u2019s fifth floor, with residents having access to a swimming pool, fitness center, and gaming lawns (along with other features).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-40178\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Screenshot-2026-05-28-at-9.41.54-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"674\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Amenities will include a swimming pool. V Starr is the interior designer. As noted, Robert Finvarb Cos. is the developer. The firm has another project in its South Florida pipeline: <a href=\"https:\/\/floridayimby.com\/2026\/01\/hyatt-centric-wynwood-planned-at-160-nw-28-street-with-116-rooms.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hyatt Centric Wynwood<\/a>, an eight-story, 116-key hotel. Like NoBe Parc Miami Beach, the project is set for a Q4 2028 completion.<\/p>\n<p>NoBe Parc Miami Beach is planned for <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/Lh9RGY4Jcne34qpv9\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">7140 Abbott Ave, Miami Beach, Florida, 33141<\/a>, in Miami-Dade County.
