(CBS12) \u2014 A small plane crashed shortly after takeoff onto the lawn of a Pembroke Pines psychiatric hospital, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p>Officers with the Pembroke Pines Police Department say the plane went down just north of South Florida State Hospital at 800 E.
