PALM COAST, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 A Florida man is behind bars after deputies say he was found with his pants down outside a Palm Coast Taco Bell\u2014and with a live fish in his backpack.<\/p>\n

Just before 1 a.m. Wednesday, employees at the State Road 100 Taco Bell reported a man behaving suspiciously near a side door of the restaurant.<\/p>\n

When deputies with the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office<\/a> arrived, 28-year-old Brandon Irizarry was still outside the business with his pants dropped, or as the authorities said, with his “chimichanga out.” He quickly began covering himself when law enforcement approached.<\/p>\n

After his arrest, deputies say they discovered a live beta fish in a plastic container inside his backpack.<\/p>\n

The fish, later named \u201cBaja Blast,\u201d was turned over to the Flagler County Humane Society, where staff says it is doing well.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have many questions. We do not have answers,\u201d the agency said, noting the fish appears healthy.<\/p>\n

Sheriff Rick Staly commented on the case, saying, \u201cIn Flagler County, if you can\u2019t keep your business in order, you may find yourself at the Green Roof Inn.\u201d<\/p>\n

Irizarry was booked for a count of indecent exposure and transported to Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility on a $5,000 bond.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"PALM COAST, Fla.
