Craft Kafe, Taverna Costale and Naked Farmer are ground-level restaurant tenants in the building at the corner of Central Avenue and Second Street.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The purchase price of the tower, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tampabay.com\/news\/business\/risky-name-for-st-petes-tallest-building-or-just-ahead-of-the-curve-meet\/2244748\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"elm:link;elmt:article_link;slk:formerly known as Priatek Plaza;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;context_link&quot;,&quot;yModuleName&quot;:&quot;content-canvas&quot;,&quot;yLinkText&quot;:&quot;formerly known as Priatek Plaza&quot;}\" class=\"link \">formerly known as Priatek Plaza<\/a>, was not immediately disclosed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Feldman Equities partnered with the Youngquist family and Equity Street Capital on the deal, according to a news release. The joint venture intends to invest $20 million in renovations to the property, the release said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cOur continued investment in downtown St. Petersburg\u2019s office market is a vote of confidence in this city\u2019s future,\u201d said Mack Feldman, vice president at Feldman Equities in a statement. \u201c200 Central is the address of choice for premier tenants in Tampa Bay, and we intend to build on that reputation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The building is 380 feet tall, offering 308,000 square feet of office and retail space, and unobstructed views of Tampa Bay from many floors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Feldman Equities is a St. Petersburg-based real estate firm that specializes in acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of office and retail properties in Florida.
