The library is inviting kids to join it in cultivating those ideas this summer through reading and participating in a range of\u00a0fun activities. Kids&#8217; first opportunity to register for the program will be during the library&#8217;s Opening Party at 10 a.m. June 9.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s Jacksonville Public Library&#8217;s Adult Summer Reading Program will begin Monday. Stop by the circulation desk to pick up a reading log for the chance to earn prizes for reading. List five books you have read this summer on your reading log and your name will be entered for a grand prize drawing on Aug. 2. You will get a small prize just for turning in your reading log. Any adult is eligible to participate; no library card required.
