Our May 2024 report indicated that construction had started on the venture\u2019s first phase, which features an 11-story tower with 234 residences. Now, sources have revealed that the building has topped off, bringing the project closer to its anticipated summer 2027 completion.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/floridayimby.com\/2024\/05\/construction-starts-on-gallery-at-rome-yards-between-rome-avenue-and-the-hillsborough-river-in-tampa-fl.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gallery at Rome Yards<\/a> will feature a mix of affordable, workforce, and at-market-rate housing units. Specifically, 43 percent of the homes will be workforce housing, and another 27 percent will be affordable housing. Floorplans will range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. Future residents will have access to a variety of amenities, along with 230 structured parking spots.<\/p>\n<p>Gallery at Rome Yards will also feature a workforce training center, which will span 3,800 square feet and operate in partnership with West Tampa Community Development Cooperation.
