(WPEC) \u2014 South Florida has another day of unsettled weather on deck, with scattered thunderstorms capable of producing very heavy rainfall, particularly along the east coast.<\/p>\n<p>A stream of tropical moisture moving across the state will combine with afternoon heating and sea breeze development to trigger scattered showers and storms later today.
