Central Florida is in store again for scattered showers and storms amid warming temperatures and high humidity, according to the National Weather Service in Melbourne.<\/p>\n
The rain chances are higher on the coast than inland, and would start popping up in the afternoon and evening. The NWS forecasts 50% chance in Orlando, Daytona Beach and Melbourne and 40% in Leesburg.<\/p>\n
As with any organized storm, chances for lightning, gusty winds and localized flooding are in store.<\/p>\n
Temperatures are forecast to climb into the upper 80s across the region.<\/p>\n
Overnight lows are forecast to only drop into the mid 70s as storm chances abate and give way to partly cloudy skies.<\/p>\n
