JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 UPDATE: Jacksonville police announce arrest in deadly triple stabbing<\/a><\/p>\n

The mother and best friend of one of the three stabbing victims are speaking out. <\/p>\n

Amy Barber confirmed with Action News Jax that her daughter, Savannah Barber, and her husband, Edwin Barber, were two of the three victims stabbed to death this morning. <\/p>\n

JSO got called to Exodus at 3:50 a.m. Thursday morning to reports of a person stabbed. <\/p>\n

That person was transported to the hospital, where he later died.<\/p>\n

After scoping out the area, two more people, a man and a woman, were found stabbed at another residence down the road. <\/p>\n

They were pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n

JSO says they believe this was an isolated domestic incident and there is no threat to the community.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s my baby girl,\u201d said Barber. <\/p>\n

I asked Barber to describe what Savannah was like.<\/p>\n

ExodusMe and her had our ups and downs\u2026But if I needed her, she was there, she needed me, I was there,\u201d said Barber. \u201cShe was just an outgoing, happy person just always.\u201d <\/p>\n

Savannah\u2019s best friend, Kristin Green, says she knew Savannah since she was 14 years old.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was always there for anybody that needed her,\u201d said Green. \u201cI\u2019m definitely going to miss her.\u201d <\/p>\n

We also spoke with a neighbor who woke up at 4am to find blood from one of the victims all over her porch, front door, and doorbell <\/p>\n

\u201cI put on my flashlight and my phone and I realized there\u2019s like there\u2019s blood,\u201d said Misty Garcia. \u201cI had no idea. I didn\u2019t hear anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

Garcia says she wishes she had heard the knock at the door. <\/p>\n

\u201cI immediately felt like shock and guilt because I\u2019m like I could have helped somebody,\u201d said Garcia. \u201cI felt terrible.\u201d<\/p>\n

We\u2019re still working to confirm the name of the third victim. <\/p>\n

Amy says JSO told her that they have a suspect detained for questioning. We reached out to JSO to confirm if that is true, and they said they are not aware of that.<\/p>\n
