It has occupied its current location in the Marketplace since 1996. This upcoming renovation will add to the spot\u2019s indoor seating, help reduce wait times, and add some unannounced surprises for guests.<\/p>\n<p>It will reopen in Spring 2027.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDisney Springs has been a cherished home for Ghirardelli for nearly 30 years, and we are proud of the magical chocolate memories we\u2019ve helped create for guests from around the world,\u201d Lacey Zane, Vice President of Restaurant &amp; Retail at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company. said in a release, \u201cOur longstanding relationship with Disney is an important part of that story, and this next chapter allows us to thoughtfully evolve the space while honoring its legacy.
