The South Cape Run Club will hold its second annual Global Running Day 5K on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
The June 3 event will begin at 6 p.m. 885 S.E. 47th Terrace. It is free and open to the public. All fitness levels are welcome.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s event will feature multiple food trucks, give aways, and live music!<\/p>\n
The community event, held in partnership with The Run Shoppe, Optimal Wellness, and Cape Coral Run Group, celebrates movement, connection, and wellness.<\/p>\n
\u201cGlobal Running Day is recognized worldwide as a day to inspire people of all ages and fitness levels to get moving. Locally, this event is about more than just running-it\u2019s about bringing people together, supporting one another, and creating an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome, from first-time walkers to experienced runners,\u201d organizers said in a release.<\/p>\n
By keeping the event free, organizers aim to attract a large and diverse group of participants.<\/p>\n
