Despite \u201cThe Real Housewives of Miami\u201d going on hiatus, Marysol Patton is busier \u2014 and more fabulous \u2014 than ever.<\/p>\n

The onetime publicist put on her hosting hat for a party at Big Bang Boutique at Faena Miami Beach Hotel Thursday to help get some of her closest friends glammed up before Miami Swim Week.<\/p>\n

Guests mixed and mingled sipping on Pitbull\u2019s Voli vodka \u201ccockies\u201d (Patton\u2019s fave activity) while checking out luxury goop from such luxury brands as Nannete de Gasp\u00e9, Borghese and Sisley Paris.<\/p>\n

Among the attendees were some of the Bravolebrity\u2019s besties from the show like Alexia Nepola, Lisa Hochstein and Kiki Barth. Also in the crowd was a seriously mixed bag of reality stars. Think Loren Brovarnik (\u201d90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u201d), Carmen Carrera (\u201dRuPaul\u2019s Drag Race\u201d), Monica Vaswani (\u201dFamily Karma\u201d), Taja Abitbol (Netflix\u2019s \u201cMembers Only Palm Beach\u201d) and Kelsey Swanson (\u201dThe Real Housewives of Rhode Island\u201d).<\/p>\n

Swanson, who walked the Cupshe runway the next day at Temple House in a red one-piece, shared a snippet from the Faena party on Instagram, posing with Patton, decked out in vintage Chanel.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen in Miami, you know I had to visit the Queen!\u201d read the post.<\/p>\n

Patton will be again queen for the day June 13, when she takes on grand marshal duties for FLoatarama<\/a>, a charity brunch aboard the Sun Dream Catalina yacht.<\/p>\n

The moveable feast, which cruises along Fort Lauderdale\u2019s Intracoastal Waterway, will raise funds for LGBTQ-youth organizations and feature a live DJ, open bar and positive vibes.<\/p>\n

\u201cMarysol brings star power and genuine passion for giving back, which is exactly what FLoatarama represents,\u201d said Scott Schramm, president of FLoatarama.<\/p>\n

The TV personality told the Miami Herald that she was \u201chonored\u201d to take over the duties for \u201cDeco Drive\u201d reporter Alex Miranda, who\u2019s the emcee this year.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe in showing up for a community that leads with love, authenticity and joy,\u201d she said. \u201cSupporting an event that raises funds while celebrating inclusivity, pride, and connection means a lot to me.\u201d<\/p>\n
