MIAMI \u2014 A man suspected of throwing another man 25 stories to his death<\/a> from a high-rise in Miami Beach briefly appeared in a Miami courtroom on Tuesday, as he seeks bond while facing a murder charge.<\/p>\n

Corey Hutterli, 37, of Parkland, had his hearing reset for Wednesday, where his relatives are set to make the case for him to get bond.<\/p>\n

Police said the killing of Justin Zelin, 35, happened on Feb. 15 at the Akoya Condominium, located at 6365 Collins Ave. on Mid-Beach.<\/p>\n

Investigators say Zelin<\/a> called 911 less than 10 minutes before his death<\/a> about an altercation with Hutterli.<\/p>\n

And investigators say they could hear Zelin telling Hutterli to get out of his apartment, calling him by his alias, \u201cSasha.\u201d<\/p>\n

Officers say they found Hutterli still inside Zelin\u2019s condo with no shoes on and cuts on his body consistent with a fight.<\/p>\n

During a past court appearance, his attorney argued it\u2019s purely circumstantial evidence with no eyewitnesses.<\/p>\n

Hutterli\u2019s hearing is scheduled for Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n
