He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Investigators say the suspect, later identified as Jacob Carreras, 25, shot at Afentakis during a verbal argument that night.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">St. Pete police had a warrant out for Carreras&#8217; arrest, and the U.S. Marshals Service took him into custody in Hillsborough County.
