Miami Ave., police said. Miami Fire Rescue gave both workers emergency medical attention at the construction site before taking them to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Garcia died shortly after arriving. The injured man was still receiving medical care Tuesday and \u201cfaces a lengthy recovery process,\u201d police said. No additional information was immediately available.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The incident happened at the address listed for Okan Tower, which is a residential and hotel building under construction.
