According to the Property Appraiser of Miami-Dade County, a report released on Tuesday showed the taxable values in Miami-Dade grew at an estimated rate of 5.5% this year.<\/p>\n

The report outlines estimated taxable values across Miami-Dade, which are used as a basis for local government budgeting and tax decisions.<\/p>\n

In 2025, the growth was 8.7%, and in 2024, the growth was 12%.<\/p>\n

The numbers represent that there is growth, but it is cooling off slightly.<\/p>\n
