ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. \u2013 A South Florida man is taking a company to court after he was bitten by an alligator last summer, according to court records recently obtained by News 6.<\/p>\n
The lawsuit shows that the man \u2014 identified as Edil Kasenov \u2014 visited Airboat Rides at Midway in Christmas back in June 2025.<\/p>\n
But during the free \u201cAlligator Encounter\u201d experience, he reportedly suffered a bite \u2014 in the face.<\/p>\n
Now, Kasenov is accusing the business of negligence, claiming to have suffered disfigurement and hospitalization, among other impediments.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere were no warnings, signs or other devices to warn or indicate the vicious nature of the subject alligator,\u201d the lawsuit reads. \u201cAdditionally, there were no measures used by the defendant to restrain the alligator or otherwise protect (Kasenov).\u201d<\/p>\n
In all, the lawsuit is seeking damages of over $50,000 in the case.<\/p>\n
