He later spent time with the <a data-ylk=\"slk:Detroit Lions;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/detroit-lions\/334\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Detroit Lions<\/a> and <a data-ylk=\"slk:Indianapolis Colts;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/indianapolis-colts\/338\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Indianapolis Colts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>During his senior season with the Seminoles, Davis earned first-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) honors and second-team NCAA All-America recognition after recording 109 tackles \u2013 eight for a loss \u2013 and five sacks.<\/p>\n<p>A Daytona Beach native, Davis brings coaching experience at both the high school and collegiate levels.<\/p>\n<p>He takes over a Columbus North program coming off a 4-6 season, during which the Bull Dogs dropped their final four games.
