Authorities said the victim\u2019s 1-year-old was inside the car at the time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Latoya Shanee Friday, 44, is facing two aggravated assault charges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">According to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, the incident happened at around 2 p.m. at Primo\u2019s Stop, located at 2420 NW 19th St., just west of Rock Island Elementary School.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">An FLPD report states that the victim entered the store while Friday was working, got into a verbal dispute with her and then left.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">According to police, the victim had gotten into his car and was about to get out and confront Friday for a second time when she \u201cexited the store and began firing a pistol\u201d towards him and his vehicle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Neither the man nor his child, sitting in the back seat, were hit, but the car had several bullet holes in it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Police said they took Friday into custody and to jail.
