The venue closed in 2025 amid plans to build <a href=\"https:\/\/jaxtoday.org\/2026\/03\/23\/mosh-renderings-galleries\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a new MOSH<\/a> on the Northbank.<\/p>\n<p>A visit Monday to the Southbank building, constructed in 1969, showed that walls had been partially demolished, revealing gutted portions of the interior.
