The Jacksonville Jaguars\u2019 new headquarters building is over the goal line.<\/p>\n

PCL Construction Services Inc., the contractor on the One Tower Court project, announced it had completed work on the six-story building.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Jaguars held an opening ceremony for the tower in March, when portions had yet to be finished.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne Tower Court reflects PCL\u2019s ability to deliver complex commercial projects in active urban environments,\u201d said Rick Goldman, regional vice president of PCL\u2019s Florida Buildings Group, in a June 3 news release.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cOur teams worked collaboratively to bring this building from construction through completion while supporting Jacksonville\u2019s broader vision for downtown investment and growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the release, the building includes 132,493 square feet of Class A office space, 10,185 square feet of unenclosed riverfront and outdoor areas and onsite amenities that include a fitness center and restaurant space.<\/p>\n

The city issued a permit in May 2024 for Orlando-based PCL Construction to build One Tower Court at a cost of almost $39.2 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Foley & Lardner law firm has leased the fifth floor of One Tower Place, and Timucuan Asset Management has leased more than 7,000 square feet on the sixth floor. Combined with the Jaguars\u2019 offices on the second through fourth floors and a First Coast YMCA wellness center on the first floor, the building was at 83% capacity when it ceremonially opened March 25.<\/p>\n

Iguana Investments, the real estate development company of Jaguars owner Shad Khan and his family, owns the office building. Development and design were led by Khan\u2019s daughter, Shanna Khan, founder and CEO of Shanna Collective.<\/p>\n

The Jaguars\u2019 offices include a sales center, a social media command center and a \u201csocial stairway\u201d connecting second- and third-floor collaborative and dining areas for employees.<\/p>\n

Those areas include a terrace that overlooks the neighboring Four Seasons Hotel and Residences and marina support building, and a lunch service counter from which team employees eat for free.<\/p>\n

Asado Life is planned at the marina adjacent to the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences and Tower One, the future Jacksonville Jaguars headquarters building.<\/p>\n

Team President Mark Lamping said 200 Jaguars employees were in the building, and the team\u2019s space can support 35% more capacity if needed.<\/p>\n

He said in March that completion of the adjacent Four Seasons was on track for 2027. A marina support building on the complex site, which will include the second location of St. Augustine\u2019s Asado Life restaurant, is expected to be completed in summer 2026.<\/p>\n

PCL operates in the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Australia. It has an annual construction volume of $9.9 billion, according to the release.<\/p>\n
