The biggest show this weekend, in terms of potential audience size, is the Saturday concert with country music\u2019s Chris Stapleton and Lainey Wilson at Raymond James Stadium. Americana singer\/songwriter Steve Earle\u2019s never-ending solo acoustic tour stops at the Capitol Theatre tonight; tickets for the 8 p.m. show are here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tonight at Skipper\u2019s Smokehouse: Country singer\/songwriter Sunny Sweeney, who also happens to be a top-drawer airtime personality on the Sirius XM channel Willie\u2019s Roadhouse. She\u2019s onstage at 8, and tickets are at this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a double-header weekend at the Mid-Florida Credit Union Amphitheatre, with rock\u2019s Evanescence with Spirit Box and Nova Twins Friday (tickets here<\/a>), and Latin R&B performer Kalis Uchis with Mariah the Scientist Saturday (tickets here<\/a>).<\/p>\n

On theater stages<\/p>\n

The Broadway musical adaptation of Beetlejuice continues tonight through Sunday afternoon in Morsani Hall, at the Straz Center in Tampa. Find all showtimes and tickets at this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Eric Davis, Michael Raabe and Matthew McGee, a.k.a. the creative brain trust at freeFall Theatre, wrote the show Bash of the Titans, opening this weekend. It\u2019s a jukebox musical, with \u201880s pop and dance hits, built around a story involving Greek Gods and a romantic quest for Perseus, the favored son of Zeus. American Stage is entering the second weekend of The Hot Wing King, Katori Hall\u2019s Pulitzer Prize-winning dramedy about a Memphis family preparing for the \u201cHot Wang Festival.\u201d Cordell Crutchfield, his boyfriend Dwayne and their hang, the New Wing Order, are after the crown. It\u2019s weekend 2 for the Stageworks Theatre production of the musical comedy I Love You, You\u2019re Perfect, Now Change, which runs through June 28. The 2026 Tampa International Fringe Festival, in Ybor City, began Wednesday and will continue through June 21.
