NoMad\u00a0Hotels just completed its first branded residential community,\u00a0NoMad\u00a0Residences Wynwood, which will bring 329\u00a0branded\u00a0condominiums to market in Miami\u2019s Wynwood\u00a0district<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Developed by\u00a0Related Group,\u00a0Tricap\u00a0and\u00a0Sydell Group,\u00a0NoMad\u00a0Wynwood is\u00a0located\u00a0at 2700 NW 2nd Ave.\u00a0on Wynwood\u2019s main corridor. The building\u00a0stands\u00a0nine stories, and\u00a0over\u00a090% of\u00a0its\u00a0residences\u00a0are\u00a0already\u00a0under contract.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The\u00a0NoMad\u00a0Hotels\u00a0brand\u00a0originated\u00a0in\u00a0the North of Madison Square Park (NoMad) neighborhood in Manhattan,\u00a0New York, where\u00a0the first\u00a0hotel opened\u00a0in\u00a02012.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Amenities include\u00a0two lobbies,\u00a0a rooftop lounge,\u00a0resort-style pool with cabanas,\u00a0an\u00a0indoor-outdoor fitness lounge with cold plunge,\u00a0as\u00a0well as\u00a0summer kitchens, a\u00a0speakeasy\u00a0and a\u00a0parlor\u00a0lounge.\u00a0The\u00a0NoMad\u00a0Library and Lounge\u00a0on the ninth floor\u00a0serves\u00a0as a secondary resident hub\u00a0with\u00a0shared workspaces, a card room and private dining areas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Other planned amenities include\u00a0Casa Tua Cucina with\u00a0an\u00a0open-kitchen\u00a0concept,\u00a0food and retail\u00a0stations\u00a0and a\u00a0rooftop restaurant and bar.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
