Plans call for a five-story apartment building at 4465 and 4467 W. Gandy Blvd., with affordable units reserved for households earning up to 120% of the area\u2019s median income. The affordability restrictions would remain in place for 30 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The project would redevelop about 6.9 acres within Gandy Commercial Plaza, a former commercial center that has been cleared for redevelopment in recent years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Plans show the development would include a structured parking garage, a central courtyard and more than 500 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Epoch entered into an agreement earlier this year to acquire the property.
