JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 All lanes of Interstate 295 near Old St. Augustine Road are back open after being closed due to \u201cpolice activity\u201d on Thursday afternoon, according to Florida 511.<\/p>\n
The closure extended all the way to the 295 West Express north ramp from I-295 east, FL 511 reports.<\/p>\n
