It took 12 technicians three years to design and install the lighting system, which can create 16 million color combinations.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Despite all that, the nightly electric utility bill for all this is said to be <a data-ylk=\"slk:about $34;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;yLinkElementType&quot;:&quot;article_link&quot;}\" href=\"https:\/\/miamiworldcenter.com\/media\/miami-worldcenter-telemundo-world-soccer-salute\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">about $34<\/a>.
