Approximately 208,750 square feet is available now or expected to become available soon, with suites ranging from 3,750 square feet to 80,000 square feet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Built in the mid-1970s, the warehouse complex sits near Interstate 4, Interstate 75, Interstate 275 and the Selmon Expressway, providing access to major distribution routes throughout the Tampa Bay region.
