(Artist Rendering)<\/p>\n<p>The plans include more shops, a rooftop bar and new restaurants, according to renderings presented by one of the developers. (Artist Rendering)<\/p>\n<p>Council member Alison Fernandez said the project is aimed at bringing new energy and investment to the city. The goal is to \u201cenergize the area, attract families, attract people, to serve as an economic investment in the city,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Nearby business owners said they hope the development will bring more foot traffic to the area.<\/p>\n<p>Parag Shah opened Qi Foot Massage last month.
