A 76-year-old man accused of inappropriately touching a teen girl was arrested June 13 on two felony charges, according to an affidavit.<\/p>\n
Reinaldo Sepulveda, of Port St. Lucie, was jailed on two felony sexual assault -related charges, the affidavit states.<\/p>\n
Two teen girls, including the one who would make accusations against Sepulveda, reportedly had been missing and were found at a hotel in the Tradition community in Port St. Lucie.<\/p>\n
One of the teens told Port St. Lucie Police that Sepulveda began acting “weird” after she turned 17 earlier this year.<\/p>\n
She said he would send her inappropriate text messages, and disclosed a number of occasions during which she said he touched her inappropriately.<\/p>\n
Told by police about the some of the inappropriate touching allegations, Sepulveda is quoted as saying, “Well, I’m not gonna deny that that may have happened\u2026 and it was a consensual thing,” an affidavit states.<\/p>\n
