According to the May 2026 sales data tabulated by the Florida Realtors\u00ae\u00a0, the median single-family home sales price increased from $340,00 in Mayl 2025 to $355,000 in May 2026, a gain of $15,000 or 4.4%. The increase suggests that home values in the Tallahassee area continue to appreciate, although at a moderate pace that is more consistent with a stabilizing market than the rapid price growth experienced during the pandemic-era housing boom.<\/p>\n
