Codina Partners, a South Florida-based real estate development and investment firm, officially has launched pre-leasing for all units at Regency Parc, a first-of-its-kind ultra-luxury residential tower being developed in Downtown Coral Gables.<\/p>\n
Designed to set a new standard for high-end leasing in South Florida, Regency Parc will feature just 126 expansive Sky Residences, ranging from 1,768 to 12,000 square feet. In fact, Codina has just listed his Coral Gables estate for more than $45 million as he is preparing to move into the top floor at Regency Parc. \u201cAfter decades of maintaining an estate \u2014 one that I designed and built in 1997 to be my long-time family residence \u2014 my wife and I want the freedom to maintain our quality of life with all the privacy and living space we currently enjoy, combined with services and convenience of Regency Parc.\u201d<\/p>\n
The top five floors of Regency Parc, known as \u201cThe Cloud,\u201d include two, full-floor Skyhomes, plus half-floor units ranging from 3,528 to 6,005 total square feet that offer majestic views of the Coral Gables and Miami skylines.<\/p>\n
The two prestigious full-floor residences have been leased long-term by Codina, who will be taking the very top floor, and Richard Fain, former chair of Royal Caribbean Group, who will take the floor below. Each residence is over 12,000 and 10,000 total square feet, respectively. Prominent attorney, Rudy Aragon, also has committed to a long-term residence in The Cloud, along with long-time New York residents who will be moving to Regency Parc.<\/p>\n
