On Tuesday, June 16, the actor and comedian, 58, was arrested in Hillsborough County, Fla., and booked into a Tampa jail. TMZ was the first to report his arrest.<\/p>\n

Court records show that Tiffany Lee reopened a declaration-of-paternity case on June 11 involving Love, though it is unclear what connection, if any, the matter has to Love’s arrest.<\/p>\n

He is being held on no bond.<\/p>\n

Love, who lives in California, is also known for his role in Elf with Will Ferrell.<\/a><\/p>\n
